IT Professional – Love Agile Methodology!

I’m a Program Manager / Product Owner with extensive experience in Agile Scrum development methodology, leading teams, program management, and quality assurance testing. I have expertise in SDLC methodologies, requirements gathering, and delivering quality solutions to internal and external stakeholders. My background includes construction, manufacturing, technology, and insurance industries, as well as working with international teams.

I’ve also served as overall SME resource and Team Leader on the IT Collaboration tower utilizing Agile methodologies and best practices to coordinate the analysis, design, development, and implementation of large and small corporate technology initiatives across multiple teams.

Work Experience

Performed IS Team ScrumMaster role in addition to working in Program Management specializing in ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms. Captured and translated requirements into product features and user stories which were prioritized and deployed.

  • Triaged, captured, and prioritized project requests and business needs for enhancements to current systems or net-new solutions from our internal stakeholders and then oversaw their deployment.
  • Performed Sysadmin functions and built, tested, and released custom workflows and new objects in Salesforce to support BD and M&A teams enabling teams to better gather and report on leads and keep acquisition information confidential as needed.
  • Program Managed implementation and rollout of HRSD module in ServiceNow to solve specific onboarding pains our HR, IT, and Training teams were experiencing potentially saving thousands of hours of manual work with automation. This allows new employees to have everything they need on-time their first day.
  • Served as ScrumMaster for our IS team where I introduced and coached on Agile methodologies and concepts. This led to better planning, tracking, and deployment of solutions.
  • Managed DevOps and customized work items to fit our IS team’s needs for capturing and delivering work.
  • Analyzed, designed, supported, and provided team leadership with technical and business guidance to lead a collaborative Agile team through project and system lifecycles for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborated with all levels of the business and stakeholders to determine business needs, prioritize, and implement solutions.
  • Wrote technical requirements in the form of user stories and served as both Proxy Product Owner and Scrum master for our team.
  • Led the Agile implementation initiative for the Identity and Collaboration teams and provided ongoing SDLC and Agile methodology training.
  • Project managed major enterprise level projects including user migrations and O365 rollout which allowed us to migrate from on-premises solutions to SaaS cloud-based solutions.
